About the role

Qualified chef required with attention to detail and flair for presentation. The role works closely bar manager and floor staff to ensure consistency across the menu. Collaborating with bar owner in creating a new direction for the established kitchen. Ideally suited to an enthusiastic chef who has cut his/her teeth in large restaurant teams and is looking to develop holistic kitchen management skills. The successful candidate will be passionate, organised and highly motivated toward developing the kitchen business. Salary and incentives for a suitable candidate will be negotiated on experience and contract terms. Immediate start.

Skills and experience

Fully qualified chef with at least two years experience in busy kitchen environments. References essential.
