Bar Idda is a popular and busy restaurant open for dinner service 7 nights per week with a focus on traditional Sicilian dishes.

We are a small professional team that deliver friendly and professional service with a strong knowledge of our product.

Core responsibilities include:

• Meet, greet and provide excellent service to every guest
• Create an outstanding dining experience for your customers
• Offer guidance and advice on food and wine menu items
• Ensure ongoing knowledge and understanding of all menu offerings

Candidates wishing to apply must demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• 2+ Years in a Bar Staff position
• Excellent communication skills
• Current RSA
• Sound knowledge of restaurant operations and the processes and sequences of modern service
• A good level of understanding and appreciation of wine
• Demonstrated service experience - 3 plate carry, wine pouring etc
• Experiance in a busy bar
