You are reliable, motivated, independent, energetic, organized, cooperative and responsible.
Ideally trade qualified (Cert III Cookery), experienced in cooking and have produced pastry (that would be a plus).
The role at Phillippa's includes but is not limited to: veg prep, making custards, mixes, pastry, cakes, scones, sandwiches, tarts, pies, sausage rolls, salads, preserves, biscuits, NPD, cleaning. Being a small kitchen there is the opportunity to get involved in planning, ordering & managing stock, rostering, liaising with outside entities i.e. trades people.

Currently we operate with 5:00am starts, work five shifts across seven days and pay award rates & penalties (eases the pain of working weekends).
This role is all about making great food, having some fun with an interest you are passionate about and working with some really great people.
