Bistro Thierry is a very busy French Restaurant during both lunch and dinner service, having been located in Toorak for 18 years.

If you have a passion for French cuisine, both classic and modern, are experienced as a Commis chef or 3rd/4th year apprentice, have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and able to hold your own section then this position is appropriate for you.

You will be under the guidance of Head Chef Frederic Naud whose experience includes working in various restaurants in France, Switzerland, UK, USA and Australia. Frederic has been leading the team at Bistro Thierry for 9 years.

Thierry believes in cultivating a 'team' environment where the kitchen and front of house work as one. As such Bistro Thierry has developed a stable and nurturing workplace.
