The positions involve work at night and weekends but no split shifts and only 45 hours a week.SkyHigh restaurant is a high volume establishment and at times teams of up to 12 chefs are working in 3 different locations, this creates a great environment for learning and great opportunity for career progression.We prefer you live within 40 minutes drive of Mount Dandenong and have your own transport so you get a good work / life balance.SkyHigh operations training will be given but an excellent food knowledge and passion for cooking is expected.
