We are looking for a Chef that has experience in looking after a team and efficiencies. The brigade is well versed at looking after a clean kitchen with high standards of hygiene and is hard working. If you are a Senior Sous or Head Chef that is concerned about the environment and sourcing good produce, we are on your page.
