About the business and the role

Bottega Restaurant is expanding the kitchen team and we are seeking Chefs of all skill levels!

• Are you a pasta aficionado ready for a change?
• Or are you recently qualified and want to learn more about Italian cuisine?

If you want to advance your career under the guidance and leadership of our creative Chef, Dusty, work in a stable, friendly team and grab all the opportunities that will be available to you - then we would like to talk to you.

We are open for lunch and dinner Monday to Saturday and are closed on Sundays - so you'll get to enjoy some work/life balance.

You'll also get to work with some of the best produce from Melbourne's premium suppliers - it's really important to us. Knowledge & experience in a similar establishment is preferred and a willingness to learn is essential.

Job tasks and responsibilities

We need a Chef that is...

• Experienced, organised and importantly enjoys cooking
• Has good communication skills
• A team player with career aspirations
• Enjoys Dusty's eclectic music taste
