A small busy Melbourne CBD cafe is looking for an experienced (2 years) full time Barista.

The shop has a strong takeaway focus and is very fast paced but quality coffee is

paramount.

We are looking for a Barista with experience in weighing in and out shots, texturing milk and adjusting grinds for house and single origin recipes.

The person we need must be enthusiastic, self motivated, and have a sense of urgency for all tasks required of them.

The successful candidate must be keen to look up from the machine to serve, remember customer orders/names and perform cleaning tasks when required.

The person for this job must be a hospitality professional with a bright & positive personality and excellent communication skills. A sense of humour wouldn't go astray either!

We also require our person to have proven reliability with early morning.
