Betty's Burgers & Concrete Co. is a classic burger shack experience, showcasing the freshest and most delicious burgers in town. Together with our mouth-watering burgers, our menu also features our homemade custard ice-cream or "Concretes".

With nine restaurants now open across Australia and many more on the horizon, Betty's is continuing to grow with more and more people wanting to be a part of the Betty's experience. We are now seeking an experienced hospitality professional to step into the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager at our restaurant soon to open in Windsor.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role will be pivotal in ensuring effective and efficient restaurant operations. The Betty's brand will rely on you to deliver the quality product and service that we have become renowned for.

Key aspects of this role:

• Maintain restaurant presentation, cleanliness and maintenance
• Ensure staff represent the business in a positive manner
• Improve guest satisfaction
• Maintain efficient operating procedures, ensuring accuracy and balancing of tills and floats
• Opening / closing of restaurant
• Staff rostering, timesheets and staffing allocations
• Implementing training programs, company policies and standard operating procedures

What are we looking for?

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proven experience in hospitality, particularly within high volume operations
• Experience in engaging, leading and motivating a large team
• Professionally and immaculately presented
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays
• A strong focus on food and service standards, implementing policies and procedures and monitoring restaurant maintenance requirements
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
