Well, yes. You are right! The Assistant Patrão, (or Assistant Manager) is the Restaurant Manager’s right hand and plays a massive part in the success of the restaurant through inspiring and leading the team.

About you –

• You’ll have leadership experience from a hospitality, retail or leisure background
• A natural desire to drive sales and use your personality to make our customers feel like Nando’s is their home away from home
• Ability to work at a full time capacity
• You’ll have bucket-loads of passion and energy to inspire, lead and develop your Nandocas (that’s team members in Nando’s speak)
• You’ll be hungry to learn and develop and ready to grow as fast as Nando’s does!

Because we want you to be more than a manager - we want you to be you, we tailor your learning and development to each individual’s needs. In your first 12 weeks you’ll learn the ropes and develop the management skills that will make you the kind of manager our Nandocas love to work for.
