All Rounder - Cafe Hospitality

Oliver's Real Food is seeking experienced hospitality staff to fill multiple positions at Penlink Oliver's located on the Peninsula Link in the BP service centre.

The locations operate 7 days a week from 5am to 9pm and are situated with in the BP service centres on both in and outbound.

The positions available include:

• Star Barista
• Customer Service
• Cafe All rounder
• Back Of House
• Sandwich Hand or Prep Team ( late night and / or early 4am mornings )
• Team Leaders
• Duty Managers

Oliver's are looking for the right staff who would described themselves as, responsible, mature, calm, and committed to their personal success and the success of their workplace.

To be considered for a position you must:

• Have a minimum of 4 years experience in the role you are applying for.
• Be a team player
• Be in the habit of using your initiative
• Display confidence with a fun and friendly personality
• Demonstrate that the customer is your number one priority regardless of your role
• Have a can do attitude
• Be able to work a rotating roster, or commit to a regular structure that works for all
• Be a sponge for improvements
• Be a person who is willing to work as a team to get stuff done
