As a Room Attendant in housekeeping, you will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guest whilst conducting cleaning duties in the assigned place of work, transforming rooms into a home away from home for our guest.

Job Responsibilities: **

Servicing all allocated guest rooms in accordance with instructed training and company standards;

Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as linen changing, sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing;

Use correct cleaning techniques to clean following OHS regulations;

Restock and clean the trolley according to established procedures;

Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards;

Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies;

Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances;

Work closely with Front Office in order to release rooms at the allocated times;

Report lost and damaged items to the Front Office;

Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience;

Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate;

Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.

Job Requirements: **

Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese;

Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper;

Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance;

Customer-oriented and friendly;

Prioritization and time management skills;

Working quickly without compromising quality.

Working hours: 9.30am to 5.00pm 6 days per week

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour
