Trend Windows is currently seeking Production Workers / Factory Hands to join our team at our Bayswater manufacturing facility.

Experienced preferred but not necessary.

Uniforms including steel capped work boots will be provided following 6 month probationary period.

To be considered you must have the following attributes:

• Strong commitment to safety
• Strong work ethic
• Be available 5 days a week on day shift (Mon-Fri 6.00am - 2.30pm)
• Work additional hours (O/T) to suit increase in work load
• Able to communicate clearly
• Experience using Pneumatic hand tools (desirable but not essential)
• Quality focused - high attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safe Work Practices: Take accountability for your own and others safety. Maintain a safe, supportive and hazard free work environment whilst working in a safe manner at all times in accordance with Company WHS procedures and practices.

2. Production: To work as part of a team to carry preparation for production of quality products in accordance with company standard operating procedures, in a timely manner to ensure production meets our customer requirements and internal targets / KPI's.

3. Housekeeping: To maintain good housekeeping practices so that all work environments are maintained to 5S/standard.

4. Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to site continuous improvement practices by applying corporate principles.

5. General Duties: Actively contribute to broader team plans and responsibilities, through multi-skilling and carrying out other duties that may be required from time to time.
