Reporting to the Production Manager, this position provides a unique opportunity for hard working individuals to join our Victorian Manufacturing Site in the northern suburbs of Melbourne.

We are seeking reliable, flexible people to operate various types of production equipment. We have multiple opportunities across the manufacturing site for both the practical and technical minded individual.

After initial training flexibility to do either permanent day or permanent night shift may be available.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of equipment in a safe manner according to Standard Operating Procedures
• Monitor and modify the condition of equipment as required
• Accurately record production data
• Report equipment faults or unusual events in a timely manner in order to maintain a safe and productive operating area
• Regularly communicate current production status to management
• Maintain levels of housekeeping to an appropriate standard

Prerequisites:

• Ability to undertake physical work including lifting, bending, and climbing stairs
• Ability to work individually and within a team environment
• Ability to undertake shift work which may include 12 hour shifts, night shift, weekends, and public holidays
• Previous filtration experience preferred but not essential
• Fluent in spoken and written English
