Our business is one of the largest recycling Companies in Australia and we are still growing!

In keeping with our future growth plans, we are looking for driven and motivated production supervisors to join our team.

Reporting to the Site Manager, the Production Supervisors are responsible for the efficient running and smooth operation of the site on their designated shift.

The role:

• Ensure compliance with Company procedures and standards ( production, safety, quality, environment)
• Production planning and scheduling
• Troubleshoot and quickly identify and resolve plant, equipment and machinery issues
• People and expense management
• Achieve Production targets
• Manage hazards and incidents
• Execute improvement strategies
• Oversee daily housekeeping of the site
• Report on production metrics
• Full accountability of shift

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years experience in a supervisory role in a fast paced similar or like industry (recycling, industrial, manufacturing). You will also be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to health, safety, environment and quality as well as a proactive, hands on approach and commitment to continuous improvement.

As well as an excellent work ethic, the ideal candidate will lead by example and have the ability to build strong working relationship with all internal/external stakeholders.

Sound computer literacy and excellent verbal and written communication skills will ensure your ongoing success.
