Lovely client located in Research is looking for a part time live in nanny.

The family have one child, a 2 year old girl called Talia who is currently in child care on Mondays and Fridays.

The family live in Research Melbourne which is a very nice fringe suburb 25kms from CBD. The property is 1.25 acres of fully landscaped lush garden with swimming pool, spa and plenty of off street safe parking.

The property has a private fully contained and fully furnished guest house set into the garden with queen sized bed private bathroom, kitchen, lounge room balcony, outside bath and has NBN internet, Netflix, wireless etc, flat screen TV, split system heating and cooling.

We are looking for someone to live in the guest house and do the following:

Tuesday - full house clean of main house and alfresco area. 10am- 3pm. Read or play with child for one hour. 3-4. (Lunch break at leisure).

Wednesday - clothes washing and ironing in main house. 10am - 1pm. Playing or reading with child from 1pm-3pm (some days may be required to look after child for longer but within above hours).

Thursday - 10am- 3pm - activity with child

5 additional hours that suit both parties that can be used for baby sitting and light home tasks or to keep place in tidy order.

• Total hours not to exceed 21 hours
• Can be paid overtime for hours exceeding 21 hours at agreed rate.

Friday, Saturday, Sunday Monday off

Twice a year need to look after property and feed animals for two weeks whilst the family are overseas. Plenty of notice given.

Every now and again look after property if they go away for a few days. Plenty of notice given.

Above hours are flexible within reason
