Job Summary:

We are currently looking for hard working Part Time Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office products, be highly accurate and numerate, and keen to progress, we will provide you full support, training.

Specific responsibilities:

• Support data collection by completing calls to patients and health care professionals, as required, when assigned
• Maintain data accuracy through review of case report forms for completeness and consistency
• Process the documents related to physician registrations, as required, when assigned
• Maintain the clinical trials supply areas, neat and organized
• Participate in execution of data cleaning activities
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills requirements:

• Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and pay attention to detail
• Ability to develop and maintain strong interpersonal relations
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
• Prior experience within a administrative environment is considered an asset
• Computer proficiency, strong knowledge of MS Office suite, including Excel and Outlook
