Sales Representative - Commercial Cleaning (VIC)

Our client is a successful, privately held Australian success story in the commercial cleaning industry. With a presence throughout Australia and New Zealand they pride themselves on a culture of genuine care for their customers and their team. As a result of growth within their business they are looking at hiring a number of new team members to join their successful organisation. In Victoria they are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to help develop new customers in metropolitan Melbourne.

As a critical member of the organisation’s sales team, your primary responsibility will be developing and driving sustainable financial growth through increasing the company’s sales, market share, and forging strong relationships with clients. The Business Development Manager oversees that service quality, productivity and sales targets are met while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will be provided with comprehensive training and support. As a Sales Professional travel will be expected as you will be out on the road developing new business. Your territory will be predominantly metro areas.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their experience with many of the following:

• Strong track record of sales and business development successes
• Comfort with picking up the phone or walking into new businesses to win customers
• Success working autonomously out on the road
• Strong consultative selling skills including presenting, persuading, negotiating and closing
• Knowledge of the commercial cleaning industry will be very highly regarded
