Goodwin Close Retirement Village located in Blackburn South, is currently seeking an enthusiastic, committed and customer service focused Housekeeper to join their team on a casual basis working two weekdays per week between 10am and 1pm. (days can be flexible)As a Housekeeper your main objectives are to clean 3 serviced apartments per day and ensure all communal areas including corridors/stairs in residential and operational areas are clean, tidy and presentable.To be successful you must have;Previous cleaning experience ideally in a domestic, hospitality or aged care environmentKnowledge of chemical usage in cleaning environmentKnowledge of the use of equipment associated with position, including the provision of minor maintenance to such equipment such as cleaning filters or replacing dust bags.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and capacity to work unsupervised.Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain one)Lendlease is one of the world's leading property and infrastructure groups.
