A great opportunity exists for experienced Cleaners to work for a leading supplier of fresh meat products at their facility in Laverton.

About our client

Our client is a globally renowned supplier of fresh packed meat products for retail market and have one of their meat processing and packing facility in Laverton, Victoria.

The role will include

• Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy;
• General cleaning duties as required of Office Area, Meeting rooms, Reception, Canteen, Change rooms and Toilets - Vacuuming, Dusting, Mopping, Scrubbing;
• Collection and emptying of factory bins;
• Monitoring and reporting on safety of cleaning tools and equipment;
• Strict compliance with all safety procedures and instructions

What you will bring to the role

• Previous experience in industrial/commercial cleaning role;
• A focused and proactive approach to Work Health and Safety;
• Working knowledge of good hygiene practices and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals;
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team;
• Experience working in a food industry (preferred but not essential)
