NuCentury is a commercial cleaning and facilities services company. The company has undergone rapid expansion in the last twelve months winning several lucrative national contracts and looking for the right people to join our dynamic team. We are looking for an experienced site supervisor to join our team.

You will be required to lead a team of people and ensure cleaning standards are maintained at the highest level at all times. Your role will include training and leading cleaners across several different sites, ensuring systems and procedures are followed accordingly, reporting to the general manager on a weekly basis and must be contactable at all times.

The sites are located in Sandringham, Maryborough, Wyndhamvale, Noble Park and Melbourne CBD. Induction and training will be provided.

We are looking for a cleaning site supervisor who will tick most if not all of the boxes below:

1. Have experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry and at least 2 referees we can contact

2. Communicate well in english, read and write also

3. Reliability and honesty are important to us and we are looking for individuals that will represent the company in the manner expected.

You will have a positive can-do attitude with an eye for detail. You will be motivated to ensure complete client satisfaction at all times.

4. You must have a current drivers license and own transport

6. If you live in close proximity to the sites this will be looked upon favourably.
