The Position - Cleaners Supervisor

You MUST OWN A RELIABLE CAR. Whistle Clean Australia is looking for someone who is big hearted, caring, passionate about people, and ready to bring their career to the next level. We are looking for someone who is willing to go the extra mile to serve our clients and our team. You need to have mastered the skills for commercial cleaners before applying for this job. You need to demonstrate the ability to work effectively within allocated time-frames. 1 year of supervising and training experience is preferred. Your additional responsibilities (from commercial cleaners) are:

• Inspect team members’ work (Schedule will be provided)
• Communicate and submit inspection reports effectively.
• Submit reports for team members and management, with an action plan to improve
• Carry out training effectively for new team members
• Ability to evaluate and assess new cleaners
