We have a great opportunity for a Laundry Assistant/Cleaner to join us at St Vincent’s Care Services Eltham on a casual basis. Our facility has 127 beds that has both nursing home and cottages in Melbourne’s north-east, close to public transport. Successful applicants will share a genuine desire to care and assist residents with a strong person centred care focus.

To be successful in your application you will need to demonstrate:

Previous experience in a similar role;

An ability to provide a laundry service that is consistent with the mission and philosophy of our organisation;

An ability to work within a multidisciplinary team;

Excellent attention to detail;

An understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities;

Great time management;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
