$20.21 an hour

Full Time position available Monday - Friday 7am – 4pm.

General cleaning duties in a residential apartment complex.

We are seeking a person for this position who is self-motivating and has the ability to work autonomously to ensure cleaning duties are carried out to a high standard.

Staff will be required to carry out cleaning in all common areas such as:

• Lifts, ground floor, toilets, gym, lounge, library, etc.
• Moving waste and recycling bins to loading dock for collection
• Litter collection and car park cleaning

Cleaning tasks will include but are not limited to mopping, vacuuming, wet and dry dusting, auto scrubbing, manual sweeping etc.

Hours:

Full time | 38 hours per week | 7am start

Monday to Friday

The Candidate:

To be successful in this position, you will need to:

• Have commercial cleaning experience
• Have an understanding of Occupational Health & Safety
• Provide a minimum of 2 references from previous employers
• A great attitude and willingness to work in a team environment
• Be flexible with hours
• Have the ability to work unsupervised
• Be reliable, punctual and hands on
• Have an eye for detail with a proactive approach
• Have great communication skills
• Be well presented
