Your new company
Is a commercial cleaning company with a strong pipeline of work. With a large footprint in local councils and CBD clients, this company is experiencing a growth phase and is looking for an experienced Client Services Manager to join the team.

Your new role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing an Account or Portfolio of clients for cleaning and soft services
• Staff management, recruitment, training and rostering
• Conducting walk-throughs and audits
• Client relationship management
• Providing five star customer service to clients
• Managing complaints and resolving issues
• Attending operational meetings and providing input and advice to senior management
• Reporting and budget management

What you'll need to succeed

• You will be an experienced Client Services Manager with demonstrated experience in Soft Services or the Cleaning industry
• Management of local council clients will be highly regarded
• Strong understanding of the technical aspects within the cleaning industry
• Demonstrate the utmost efficiency and prioritise customer service
• Have a proactive nature
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and organisation skills
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Looking for a long-term career move with a growing organisation
• VIC driving licence
