Experience in furniture/ retail business is preferred with an interest in sales, interior design, graphic design and furniture. Barista skills are a bonus.

Experience in sales from a showroom retail background. (minimum 1 year). Strong understanding of retail business needs and focus on achievement of results. Strong customer focus and a belief in giving exceptional service. An ability to close the sale. Self-motivation, with the drive and desire to succeed and achieve sales growth within the business. High attention to detail and follow-up, professional and confident phone manner. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Excellent administrative and organisational skills. Professional presentation with a friendly demeanour. A positive attitude and the ability to use initiative. A great eye for detail, preferably with experience or an interest in interior design or visual merchandising. Ability to work on weekends/ public holidays according to roster, when required. Coffee making/barista experience preferable but not necessary.
