We are looking for a Full-time team member to work as a part of a small team and, as such, you will be expected to help out with any extra tasks that may arise on a daily basis.

We are looking for a Full-time team member to work 5 shifts per week in our 750 bed backpacker hostel in the heart of Melbourne CBD. The role requires availability a minimum of 5 days a week, working on a rotating roster including mornings, evenings and weekends. Varied duties include guest check-in and check-out, processing payments including cash handling, general admin assistance and attending to guest queries as they arise. You will be part of a small team and, as such, you will be expected to help out with any extra tasks that may arise on a daily basis.

• Prepared to work evenings, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster between the hours of 7am - 11pm

You will have:

• The ability to respectfully communicate with people from a non-English speaking background and be sensitive to cultural differences
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient working knowledge of Windows based computer applications
• Knowledge of Hostel Operations
