Maroondah City Council has an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and passionate Customer Service Officers to join our high performing and dynamic Customer Service Team.

We are looking for customer service professionals with excellent communication skills who knows how to deliver outstanding customer service across multiple contact channels to join us in providing casual support to our dynamic team.

Reporting to the Customer Service Coordinator, you will demonstrate the ability to deliver responsive and seamless customer service using the latest technology and systems.

Experience in a fast paced customer service environment, using online information tools such as social media and key corporate systems, including Pathway and Intramaps and eClip is important but not essential.
