We have on offer a hands on Trust Accounting/Finance/Administration role directly assisting the Asset Management team in a small Commercial agency in the heart of the CBD.

This is a Monday - Friday role for an experienced trust accountant who will also provide administration support. This is an extremely important position within the company with some of your key responsibilities including (but not limited to):

• Sales & Rental trust accounting
• Act as the first point of call to the Asset Management team
• Rent receipting & downloads
• Entering invoices
• Paying landlords/creditors by EFT and BPAY
• Disbursements
• Handling of incoming phone calls for Finance Department.
• Authorities.
• VCAT Applications.
• Meeting Minutes
• ESM emails to landlords

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITY

• Previous experience in Trust Accounting (Commercial is ideal)
• Excellent attention to detail/interpersonal/customer service skills
• Decision making and problem solving skills
• A great team player with a 'how can I help attitude'
• Time Management and organisational skills
• Excellent MS Office skills and experience with RP Office is highly advantageous

Salary circa $65- 70,000 + Super.
