Our client located in the Western Suburbs is seeking a proactive and self motivated storeman/yardsman to join their busy team. Our client provides installation and maintenance of communications infrastructure for national electricity and telecommunications grids. The successful applicant must be willing to work predominantly inside the warehouse as well as out in the yard doing general housekeeping duties. Successful applicants must be available to work 7.30am-4pm Monday to Friday and hold a current LF Forklift Licence and a Heavy Rigid Licence.

Duties include but are not limited to;

• Monitoring waste bins
• General housekeeping of warehouse
• Sorting containers of materials
• Monitoring and unloading incoming deliveries via forklift
• Occasional spraying of weeds along fence line
• Occasional delivery of trucks to site
• Manual handling of products
• All workers must be subject to random drug and alcohol testing on site

Successful applicants must;

• Hold a current LF forklift Licence and Heavy Rigid Licence
• Have at least 2 years experience in the warehousing industry
• Have worked in a similar role
• Experience driving a heavy rigid truck
• Be available from 7:30am-4pm Monday to Friday
• Be physically fit
