At Student Flights we’re currently on the lookout for travel-loving individuals to join our crew as customer service and sales extraordinaires, as we continue on our journey to becoming the global leader in youth travel!

As a travel consultant working in one of our retail stores, you’ll be building a rewarding and successful career path in an industry you’ll love.

What will I be doing?

• Specialising in student/youth travel you’ll plan, book and craft your customer’s next personalised travel experience, using your own travel experience and love of adventure to sell the products and destinations you love
• Providing exceptional customer service to build ongoing relationships with your customers
• Preparing, issuing and maintaining financial documents
• Advising customers of travel regulations, visas and local customs
• Becoming a key part of your new team, working towards sales targets and contributing to your team's success
• Working towards nationally recognised qualifications through our travel academy and learning and support centre

What experience and skills do I need?

• Exceptional customer service and sales skills with a minimum 2 years’ experience
• Demonstrated experience working towards and achieving sales targets and KPI's
• Passion for travel and a few international destinations under your belt!
• Advanced computer skills and the ability to confidently learn new computer systems
• Available to work full-time hours on a 7-day rotating roster
• Completed year 12 or equivalent
