On-going project requiring experienced software developer to build a tool that uses structured and unstructured data to identify particular people.

DETAILS

We are looking for an experienced person to help build a Proof of Concept (PoC). We are looking to build a piece of proprietary software for internal use. However, we are seeking the right person to help build a solution for our internal problem, and demonstrate through a PoC that the proposed tool is capable of delivering the required output.

This will be an on-going project.

SUMMARY

We are looking to build software that can identify people on a global scale who meet particular criteria. An example of criteria are that the person went to a particular school, worked at a particular company or has a net worth of $xxxxx (they are very wealthy).

The information required to determine if they meet the required criteria is contained in both private and public structured and unstructured data. We require a tool that is capable of finding, tracking and collecting data on people who meet the required criteria from structured and unstructured data sources.
