This ASX listed technology leader is currently expanding their operations to a global scale. Due to their continued growth, they are now seeking a Senior Application Support Analyst to join their team.

The purpose of this position is to coordinate and lead operational support activities across a highly integrated mission critical application environment.

Key skills/experience required:

• Enterprise application support experience is essential
• Ability to drive the solutions to complicated technical issues
• Strong experience supporting mission critical systems
• Ability to work in complex environments with multiple systems
• Experience in web services and XML
• Good understanding of Unix and/or Microsoft environments
• Experience managing IT incidents with application vendors
• Excellent customer service skills
