We are currently looking for a passionate and motivated Assistant Store Manager to lead our teams and drive the store to success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering and maintaining exceptional customer service levels in store.
• Inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Achieving budgeted sales and wage targets.
• Providing feedback to your team to encourage and support their development.
• Support the training and development of your team in customer service, product knowledge and operational responsibilities.
• Maintain store presentation standards and brand awareness.
• Create a positive and friendly environment for our customers and team.
