On behalf of our client we are seeking an experienced Area/ Operations Manager. You will be accountable for the effective leadership and management of your teams (60+ staff); focusing on sales, profit growth, KPIs, staff training and development and ensuring exceptional retail standards are met.

We are looking to hear from candidates with a solid retail management background, ideally 4+ years' experience at area level, managing at least 6 stores.
