Located in Caroline Springs, just 30 minutes from the CBD, this well established and expanding health clinic seeks to employ an exceptional receptionist.

As the face of the business for our clients, and the central point of contact for this energetic team of Osteopaths, Myotherapists, Massage Therapists and Pilates instructors, your friendly and professional manner will help you manage multiple priorities and tasks, delivering a superior level of patient care at all times.

Working autonomously but above all as part of a team, your well-developed written and verbal communication skills as well as a high level of initiative and self-motivation will enable you to complete daily tasks with poise. Your focus, motivation and attention to detail enables you to process data with accuracy, whilst meeting both patient and practitioner needs. Working regularly with MYOB, Xero, mail chimp, Microsoft Excel and using Mac based computers in a previous role will assist you in transitioning smoothly, and will be very highly regarded, though it is not essential. An ability to create and deliver marketing ideas within a clinic environment will stand you in good stead for this role.

This is a fast paced and active role, with a wide variety of tasks and functions, and primarily focuses on all elements of supporting patient care, from booking appointments to processing payments. A sound knowledge of Osteopathy, Myotherapy, Massage Therapy and healthcare practitioners is required. You will manage the phones with polish, as well as completing basic MYOB book-keeping functions with accuracy, including aged receivables, process general correspondence and complete housekeeping duties.

This is a casual position, with a view to moving into a part time role. There is large potential for growth to ideally move into the role of Practice Manager. You must be committed to your shifts. A degree of flexibility in your availability is absolutely essential. This role may grow over time, and exact days and hours are to be confirmed. You would need to be able to commit to all or most of the following: At least 2-3 days of 9:30am - 6:30pm, as well as another half day. Some Saturdays 8am-1pm may also be required. Initially the job is for 3 days per week, and you are essentially job sharing with 1 other receptionist, hence your attention to communication and detail is vital.

Previous experience in a similar role is not essential, but will be well regarded. We need someone to join our team ASAP, but will wait for the right candidate.
