Your new role

This role involves working in a close-knit team to support HR policies, procedures and processes. You will be maintaining and governing HR related data, managing labour hire processes, recruitment and terminations. In addition to this, you'll be looking at team performance and from time to time, assisting with general administrative tasks.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will have outstanding communication skills and HR experience. It is essential that you are highly skilled using formulas in excel and interpreting the data. You will thrive in a fast paced environment and have the ability to collaborate with your small team across multiple roles and disciplines. You will be keen to learn new skills and converse with senior members of staff.
