We are seeking a motivated person to join our Internal sales team

Duties include but are not limited to:

•Providing customers with friendly and high quality service

•Answering sales enquiries over the counter, by phone and email in a courteous and helpful manner

•Preparation of quotes and orders for customers

•Support to our external Sales Representative team

•Maintaining great relationships with our existing account customers and building new relationships with potential customers

•Stock control and purchasing

Skills/experience

The successful applicant will display the following attributes

•Experience in the construction and/or related industries

•A commitment to providing excellent customer service with attention to detail

•The ability to work as a member of a team, with a strong work ethic

•Great follow up skills combined with excellent attention to detail

•Intermediate computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and basic Excel
