HR Business Partner Job - NFP - Fulltime Permanent role - Northern Beaches

Based in the Northern Beaches, this leading NFP Organisation has a number of facilities across NSW and ACT. They are currently undergoing an exciting growth period and are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join them on their journey.

Your new role

Working as part of their collaborative HR team this role is a Business Partnering role which will support Managers across the business. Working as a true generalist you will partner with the business and provide HR solutions and advice around talent management, change, HR projects and taking a lead role across employee and industrial relations matters including performance management, EBA and award interpretation and complex case management.

What you'll need to succeed

As an experienced HR generalist you will have demonstrated experience and understanding in IR and ER matters with experience managing investigations, grievances and performance related matters. You will possess excellent communication and leadership skills necessary for mentoring and developing team members. In addition you will have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to relate to people at all levels.
