• Ensure all cooking utensils/equipment/surfaces are clean for the preparation of food; and
• Ensure all appropriate cleaning chemicals are in stock and available; and
• Ensuring uniform and standard of service remains high at all times; and
• Ensuring the kitchen is neat and clean at all times; and
• Performing reasonable tasks instructed to you by your Head Chef on duty; and
• Respecting all staff ensuring everyone has an input and equal say; and
• Being able to work in a team and manage the fast-paced environment; and
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed.
