Your new company

Hays Education is a well established supplier of staff to Early Childcare Centres across Victoria. We supply staff to a large range of quality centres including private and council services. Our clients require numerous experienced and reliable Diploma Qualified Educators to work at their centres in areas such as Brimbank, Wyndham and Melton area.


Your new role

Some of your duties will include

• Build a rapport with the children, staff and parents.
• Assist in cleaning duties
• Help the children develop lifelong skills
• Engage in play activities
• 1 on 1 interaction with the children

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role within the Education industry will lead to your success.You will have a strong background in delivering a great childcare experience.

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Valid police check
• Working with children card
• Valid first aid 004
• Full working rights in Australia
• Strong communication skills
• Creativity
• Reliability - You will need to be available at short notice for shifts
