As a Part Time cook, you will be a part of an exciting new adventure in Docklands where you will be responsible for the production of all culinary offerings. This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative 'foodie' who wants to be part of a busy team. This is a hands on role where you will ensure the food offered is delivered to an exceptional standard. This opportunity is part time with hours 6am - 2pm Monday - Friday.

A bit about you

• 2+ years experience as a Cook in a high volume environment
• Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required
• Talent and drive to work under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
• Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
