We are a small family catering business that provides Breakfast - Smoko - Lunch to major constructions sites around Melbourne. Operating for over 25 years we pride ourselves at being the best in the business for what we do.

The current job is in Clayton and expected to run into march next year and currently has 600 readies and will peak at 1500 workers.

Multipls Roles Available

Someone that can cook home style meals in large quantities in a fast paced environment. Eg. Trays of lasagne, pasta, Chinese dishes, roast dishes etc.

Someone that can make sandwiches, rolls, wraps and salads etc. in large quantities.

Kitchen hand that can handle preparing large quanties of vegetables and meats etc and assist in other tasks such as cleaning stocking and occasional cooking.

Coffee barrister that is extremely fast and efficient on a 4 group machine.

You must be tidy and clean in your work manner, hold a food handling certificate and present it if you're successful in gaining a position.
