Responsibilities

Maintains communications with customer monitors job progress and conducts inspections.
Adheres to standard system schedules and routines in the allocation of assignments to his/her crew following established methods and procedures and using correct equipment, material and supplies.
Monitors and performs cleaning, dusting, wall washing, carpet shampooing, vacuuming, stripping, scrubbing, waxing and buffing of floors, rooms, offices and other interior spaces.
Observes and reports all damage, malfunctions or deficiencies of Customer Service and reports problematic conditions, safety hazards or breaches of security to supervisor of others as appropriate.
Requisitions and issues materialism supplies and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to communicate and give verbal and written instructions in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills, good working knowledge of equipment and machinery operations.
Must be able to work independently.
