Driven Facilities Management is looking to expand their work force and we are hiring for A CARETAKER BUILDING MANAGER. All tools necessary are provided for the successful applicant.We are a small company looking to expand rapidly and require enthusiastic, efficient and reliable staff.

You will be required to manage and undertake the daily cleaning and management routines as well be the go-between for residents and Owners Corporations.

You will be punctual, have a good attention to details and be competent in MS Office.

Cleaning is a big part of this job, so please only apply if you are not afraid to get your hand dirty.

The hours of the role are Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm. No weekends!

The role will involve full training.

The successful candidate will have a Drivers Licence and be an Australian citizen. Experience is preferred but on site training is fully provided.
